Q: The files won't open. The error reads "Not a valid Photoshop File."
A: The downloaded folders may contain files that start with ._ characters. These are files created by the Mac operating system so that the PC operating system can read the real files. Do not try to open these files, they will not open as valid Photoshop files. |

Q: I've downloaded the .zip files but they won't open?
A: You need WINZIP to decompress the files after they are downloaded.

Q: The files are downloading extremely slow or they aren't downloading at all.
A: The download speed of these files is based on the speed of your internet connection. For faster connection, I recommend downloading from a computer that is hard wired into the internet other than wirelessly (if possible). Also, depending on how many people are downloading at that time, may slow your download down. Try downloading at a later time. Or try this download accelerator program: |
Q: I've downloaded the files, but when I open the folders they are empty, what's wrong?
A: The download is corrupted, please download again. |
Q: How do I load the fonts on my PC?
A: To install the fonts on your PC, simply open your My Computer - Control Panel, and drag the fonts into the folder. The fonts will install automatically. If you don't have the fonts, click here to download them now. If you are missing any fonts, you can go to www.dafont.com and download them for free. |
Q: The templates will not upload to my Photo Printer or online Photo Printing Site?
A: The templates are designed in CMYK mode for broad range of printing devices. Photo labs print in RGB mode, so there will be times when the files won't upload to a Photo printing site. To correct this, go to the IMAGE menu - Choose MODE - Choose RGB COLOR. Then save as .jpg. |
