| The files are downloading extremely slow or they aren't downloading at all. The download speed of these files is based on the speed of your internet connection. For faster connection, I recommend downloading from a computer that is hard wired into the internet other than wirelessly (if possible). Also, depending on how many people are downloading at that time, may slow your download down. Try downloading at a later time. If all else fails, I offer a cd or dvd of your templates for an additional $5.00 - click here if you would like a cd. Don't forget to put in your ebay user id and PayPal email address in the email. |

| How do I load the fonts on my PC? To install the fonts on your PC, simply open your My Computer - Control Panel, and drag the fonts into the folder. The fonts will install automatically. If you don't have the fonts, click here to download them now. |
| The templates will not upload to my Photo Printer or online Photo Printing Site. The templates are designed in CMYK mode for broad range of printing devices. Photo labs print in RGB mode, so there will be times when the files won't upload to a Photo printing site. To correct this, go to the IMAGE menu - Choose MODE - Choose RGB COLOR. Then save as .jpg. |
